Proper care helps your wig maintain its softness, natural movement, and long-lasting beauty.

With the right routine, your Gleamura wig can stay fresh, smooth, and effortlessly wearable for months.

How to Wash Your Wig

Regular washing keeps your wig looking clean, soft, and natural.

To wash your wig properly:

• Fill a sink or basin with lukewarm water

• Add a sulfate-free shampoo and gently mix

• Submerge the wig and gently wash in a downward motion

• Avoid rubbing, twisting, or wringing the hair

• Rinse thoroughly with clean water until all product is removed

• Gently squeeze out excess water (do not twist)

• Pat dry with a soft towel and allow to air dry naturally

✨ For quick refresh:

Lightly spray your wig with a mix of water and conditioner to restore softness and bounce between washes.

Deep Conditioning Treatment

Over time, wigs can experience dryness or tangling, especially with frequent wear or heat styling.

To restore softness and shine:

• Apply a deep conditioner or natural oil treatment (such as argan or coconut oil)

• Distribute evenly from mid-length to ends

• Avoid applying heavy product near the roots or lace

• Leave the treatment on for 15–20 minutes

• Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water

• Finish with a cool water rinse to help seal the hair cuticle

• Gently blot dry with a towel and air dry on a wig stand

For best results, repeat this treatment once every 1–2 weeks, depending on wear frequency.

Preventing Tangles & Maintaining Smoothness

To keep your wig looking flawless:

• Avoid excessive use of hairspray or heavy styling products

• Always detangle gently using a wide-tooth comb or wig brush

• Start brushing from the ends and work upward

• Store your wig on a wig stand when not in use

• Keep it away from friction-heavy surfaces (hoodies, collars, etc.)

Proper handling is the key to long-lasting softness and natural movement.

Final Care Tip

Think of your wig like natural hair, it responds best to gentle care, moisture, and patience.

With the right routine, your Gleamura wig will continue to look silky, natural, and beautifully effortless.
